What do you need to give up in order to thrive in the season you find yourself in? This has been a recurring theme and question in my life over the past weeks. And honestly, some of the reality checks haven’t been nice, but others have been clarifying and freeing. Be honest about what can and cannot carry, about what and who is important to you, and about how you can show up for them in the season you find yourself in. Some will stay, some will go, both will deepen your alignment with your highest self.

At my big age of 37, meet my new and somewhat strange, little learning aid. 🥹😅 The difference I’ve seen in myself and my confidence in the past 2 or 3 weeks has been quite something! I’ve been fist-bumping, high-fiving and grinning at myself in the mirror every time I do or say something I would’ve ordinarily overthought or dumbed down in the past. I’m so proud of me and so excited for this woman I continue to awaken and grow into. 😭🙌🏾👏🏾
